Antique 1895, Barbour's Irish Flax Threads Paper Dolls set of 9 Dolls.
Wonderful collection of antique paper dolls from the 1890s. These were advertisements for Barbour's Irish Flax Threads and Copyrighted in 1895.
Each doll measure approximately 5 ¼” tall and 2 ¼” wide.
The dolls are as follows,
-America Girl
-Ireland Girl
-Flower Girl
-Little Buttercup Girl
-Orange Blossoms Girl
-Grapes Girl
-Page 18th Century Boy
-In the Days of Columbus Boy
-In the Days of George Washington Boy
Back reads, "Barbour's Irish Flax Threads - Established 1784 - One Hundred and Eleven Years of Progress 1895. - The Strongest, Smoothest, and Best Linen Thread in the World - Copyright 1895, The Barbour Bros. Co"
Overall condition is good for age each doll has a front and back cover the first four girl dolls are interchangeable the body slides out of the dress; these are all missing arms and have been taped together. The other dolls all have had tape repairs except Orange Blossoms Girl.
