Vintage 1944 Crown Canning Jar, Quart Size
The Canadian made CROWN canning jar was made by several different Canadian Companies, manufacturing of these jars date back to the middle 1800s. This jar was made in 1944 by the Dominion Glass Companies of Montreal, Canada. It is marked on the base with the Diamond-D mark.
This jar is in nice condition even has the rubber seal.
Circa, 1944
Measures, 7” tall x 3 ¾” diameter.
Condition, very good with no cracks, light scratches on outside and base, couple tiny flea bite chips on rim.
