This is known as an Eyebrow corkscrew do to the shape of the handle resembles eyebrows it is a two piece Nickel Plated steel corkscrew, handle and worm are pinned together made by W & C Ltd.

Made by; Charles Thomas Willetts, Birmingham England
measures 5.25” long, 3.25” wide
Condition is very good with nice straight bladed worm
