Vintage 1950s Brass Zodiac Rollover Corkscrew, Mid-Century Modern Barware

We have for sale a Vintage Brass Zodiac Rollover Corkscrew
This is a wonderful open frame rollover corkscrew from the 1950s on each side of the pillars of the frame are the 12 zodiac signs. The corkscrew is made of solid brass with a steel bladed screw at the base of the frame is a white rubber bottle protector the finish on the frame is a greenish paint resembling weathered brass. This is vintage uncleaned and in amazing condition.

A Rollover corkscrew is somewhat unusual the handle at the top of the screw has a center piece that rolls over the top of the center shaft, you simply roll over the piece when inserting the screw into the cork and roll the piece back when removing the cork from the bottle.

Made in Germany
Condition; very good with minor wear consistent with age and use, rubber on bottle protector is dry but solid.
Measures; 5 ¾“ long, 2 ¾” wide at handle
