We have for sale a Antique Wood Dough Bowl Solid Maple
This is a beautiful wood dough bowl with wonderful patina and character made from solid Maple this wood bowl is in vintage condition and ready to be used for years to come. I love the burn marks on the bottom from having the bowl being atop the warm cast iron stove to get the dough to rise.
Measures 13” x 12 ¼" x across and is approximately 3 ¾” deep.
Condition is very nice, Great Patina with nice oil rubbed finish, has various scrapes and marks from years of wonderful use and a couple burns marks from heating the dough on the stove top, very primitive piece.
We have oiled this bowl with food safe mineral oil, this is to preserve the wood and keep it from cracking.
