We have for sale an Antique 1890s Pabst Milwaukee Beer, Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer, Advertising Corkscrew
From back in the day when you needed a corkscrew to open a beer bottle this is a 1890s advertising corkscrew made by the Williamsons Co. USA, the advertising is for the Pabst Brewing Co of Milwaukee for their Beer, back before they were known as Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer.

Era; 1890s
Made by; WILLIAMSON CO. NEWARK N.J. PAT. APL'D FOR, stamped on end of wood handle
Marked; Pabst Milwaukee on both sides of handle
Measures; 5.5” long, 3.625” wide at handle.
Condition; Good for age, please see pictures.

History:
The bottle cap wasn’t invented until the 1892 by the Crown Cork Co. Baltimore. Before the cap was introduced most all bottles had corks including beer bottles. The bottle cap was not widely used until into the 20th Century.
