We have for sale an Antique Miniature Perfume Corkscrew, Victorian Period
In the Victorian Period you would have found this sitting on a lady’s vanity to open her perfume and medicine bottles. This lovely Victorian Period Perfume Corkscrew has an ornate pearl like handle which is attached to a nickel platted steel fluted worm (Corkscrew).
The worm has a groove cut along the outside edge which allows air into the bottle once the worm travels though the cork this air helps remove the pressure inside the bottle letting the cork pull much easier.
Era; 1890-1910
Measures, 3.875” long
