We have for sale an Antique Wright 20” Kraft Paper Dispenser
Wonderful antique Kraft Paper dispenser made by Wright MFG and patented June 4, 1895. You would have found these in General stores, butcher shops and other mercantile stores across the country in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Each leg is marked (Patented June 4, 1895)
Holds a roll of Kraft paper up to 20” wide. The frame is made of sturdy cast iron with an oak wood top rail, the top rail is held into place with screws and square nuts. The wood top rail has extra holes these were there to attach a second smaller dispense on top of this one if needed. Each foot has a notch designed into the cast iron this is to screw the Dispenser down to a work area.

Circa, 1890s
Measures, 25” wide at wood top 12 ¼” tall, 6 ¾” wide at base.
Condition, very good with paint chips from use. Please see all photos as they are part of the description.
