We have for sale a Vintage Stanley Bailey No. 5 Type 18 Corrugated Bed, Woodworking Hand Plane.
Wonderful Stanley Bailey No. 5 woodworking plane. This is a type 18 plane manufactured between 1946-47 with a corrugated bottom. We have taken the plane apart lightly cleaned and oiled all the surfaces. This is a great plane for any woodworker or a great addition to your collection.
Overall condition, good with chip on top of back handle paint lose throughout, blade has chips on edge and base has crack on back left edge as shown in pictures.
Circa, 1946-47
Marked, Stanley Bailey No5, Made In USA
Measures, 14” long, 2 ½” wide, 5 ¼” high.
Condition, good use condition, left side have initials stamped ENL, as described above.
