We have for sale an Antique 1905 Russell & Erwin, Doorknob Set in the Chatham Pattern
Wonderful find this Doorknob Set made by the Russell & Erwin Manufacturing Company of New Britain, CT. The knob design is known as the Chatham Pattern from 1905, the knobs are cast iron and covered in a bronze finish, the standard backplate is metal. The set includes both matching knobs, one backplate, lock housing (no key) and 4” long square spindle with screws.
Circa, 1905
Dimension, knobs – 2 ¼” diameter, backplate 7” x 2 ½”
Condition: As shown with finish loss and light surface corrosion.
