Thank you for viewing our Store,

We have for sale an Antique Grape Harvesting Knife
Wonderful handmade pruning / harvesting knife. This is known as a billhook blade knife designed for pruning small vegetation and cutting grapes from the vine. It is a folding knife with a 4” curved steel blade the handle is made from deer antler. The knife is not marked with a name or makers mark it is most likely hand made. The hinge point has a steel collar with a basic steel rod hammered on both sides holding the blade in place.
We recently found this knife in Hawaii, so determining its original origin is difficult due to the trade passage through the Islands in the 1700 and 1800s. The condition is as show with surface rust and wear.

Circa, 1700s
Measurements, handle is 5 ¾” long, overall open length is 9”
Condition, vintage with wear and rust.
Please see all pictures as they are part of the description.
