Antique ATLAS E-Z SEAL Blue Glass Canning Jar, Fruit Jar

Antique ATLAS E-Z SEAL Lightning Blue Glass Fruit Jar Wonderful find 1920s Quart Size ATLAS E-Z SEAL Fruit Jar, which has a distinctive glass bubble lid clamped to the jar with a wire bail. The E-Z SEAL was made for about 40 years. This has the old-style neck which was made in the 1920s. In addition, the glass has ‘glass bubbles’ which were common in older manufacturing methods and adds a wonderful charm to the jar. There are no cracks.
The E-Z Seal is a lightening jar design which has a distinctive glass lid or stopper clamped to the jar with a wire bail. The wire is permanently affixed to the neck of the jar and the bail swings up “quick as lightening” to hold the lid, hence the name.

Measures, 7 ¾” tall x 4” diameter
Marked, Atlas EZ Seal
Condition, Very good with no cracks, wire bail has light rust.
