Antique 1900-1910 Triple L Logo Ball Fruit Jar with Zinc Lid, Blue Quart Size Jar
Wonderful find a true collector piece a Quart Ball Fruit Jar. The marking on this jar dates it to have been made between 1900-1910, it is known as a Triple L or 3-L logo design, the loop after the last (L) looks like another (L).
These jars were molded using a two-piece manufacturing method the top threaded rim was placed onto the base while it was still molten glass. Also note this a low shoulder jar which also dates it turn of the century.
We have three of these jars all in wonderful condition for age with wonderful bubbles and lines in the glass.
Circa, 1900-1910
Measures, 7” tall x 3 ¾” diameter.
Marked, Ball Mason
Condition, very good with no cracks, light scratches on outside and base.
