Vintage pair of Black Amethyst Glass Double Candle Stick Holder
Wonderful pair of Art Deco design, double candle stick holders made by L. E. Smith of Mt. Pleasant PA. These candle sticks are in a rich Black Amethyst color, measuring 5 ½” x 2 ¾” at the base and 4 ½” tall. They will complement any table setting with their rich color.

History,
The L E Smith Glass Co. was founded in 1907, they made all kinds of glassware. In the early years they made household items like canning jars and mustard pot then later decorative pieces such as figural animals to candle holds, drinking glasses. Their glassware was considered very high end and could be found in the residents of the upper class and even in the White House.
