We have for sale a Vintage Teledyne Gurley Surveyors Transit in Wooden Case
Wonderful Surveyors Transit Land Transit made by the Teledyne Gurley of Troy Michigan. This is a model 100A, transit and was made in the mid-1960s and comes in its original wooden transport case, the transit and case have matching serial numbers. The eyepiece has a focusing ring and at the top of the scope is an adjuster knob for an internal distance focusing lens. The transit has two levels located below scope and two on the base all are in working order. The transit is made of aluminum and brass.
The case is made of Honduras mahogany with a leather strap/handle (buckle and strap made by North and Judd of New Britain, Connecticut) inside of case has sun visor, screwdriver, and instructions.

Condition, extremely nice condition. Lens is clear but could use internal cleaning
