We have for sale an Antique Pair of Heavy Iron Western Spurs
Not made for just any man, these spurs would have required one hell of a large man. The spurs weigh in at a pound each (perspective, todays spurs weigh around 6oz each), they have a large 2¼”- 20-point rowel, they have a 2¼” shank and the heal band / yoke has about a 3¼” spread. The leather straps are well oiled and pliable held on the spurs with a 1” outer button & ¾” inner button.
Estimated manufacture date on these is between 1890-1920
We have lightly cleaned these and coated with gun oil.

Condition, as shown as found, with scuffs and wear.
