We have for sale an Antique / Vintage MUNISING Wood Dough Bowl Solid Maple
This is a beautiful Munising wood dough bowl with wonderful patina and lots character made from solid hardwood maple and will work wonderful in the kitchen or as a decorative center piece it, is in vintage condition and ready to be used for years to come.
The primitive looking wood spoon and wood muddler (included) was found with the bowl which helps us date this bowl to Munising’s early years of making these beautiful bowls.
History,
Munising Bowls are from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Bowls were created there between 1911 and 1955.
Circa, 1920s
Measures,
Bowl 15¾” x 14 ¾” across and is approximately 5” deep.
Spoon 8 1/2" long, 4 3/4" wide, made of maple.
Muddler 13" long, made of oak.
Condition, Good with Great Patina, has various stains, scrapes, and marks from years of wonderful use, very vintage piece.
