1930s Red Wing Union Stoneware Company Five Gallon Jug
This is a wonderful stoneware Jug made by the Red Wing Stoneware Company of Red Wing Minnesota. It is in great condition, on the jug you will see a blue oval, this specific oval was introduced by Red Wing in the 1930s and is known as the #8 Oval. These larger jugs were used to store cooking essentials like, cooking oils, Molasses, Vinegar and other bulk liquids.
Wonderful home décor item will look beautiful in any room.

Marked, Red Wing Union Stoneware Company – Red Wing Minn.
Measurements, 17 ½” tall, 11 ½” diameter at base.
Condition, very nice condition no cracks, has normal manufacturing blemishes.
