Vintage 1950s Astatic Microphone Model D104 Crystal, Art Deco Microphone
Wonderful retro microphone from the 1950s made by Astatic Corporation of Conneaut Ohio.
This is a beautiful microphone with wonderful retro style, it is known as a desktop model it comes with a G-grip clamp for lock-on talking, G–grip slides up and down on talk switch.
History,
First introduced in the 1930s, the Astatic model D-104 was one of the best and most popular microphones that Astatic made. Astatic stopped production of this model in 2001.
Circa, 1950s
Measures, 12 ½” tall, 5 ½” diameter at base.
Condition, base has a couple scuffs and scratches in paint, chrome on microphone has light pitting and a couple tiny scuffs. Untested sold as is.
