Cork Inserter, Wine Bottle Corker
This unusual tool is a cork inserter used to insert corks into bottle, (mainly wine bottles). If you brew and bottle your own wine at home this is a must have time saver. By raising the handle at the top and lifting the plunger you place a new cork into the opening and set the corker atop a bottle and press the cork into the bottle.
The tool is designed with a recoil spring at the top to help ease the force on the top of the wood frame also has two brass band that support the frame.

Condition is used and shows light wear.
