Antique 1912 Ansco No3 A, FLDG Folding Camera
Wonderful turn of the century folding bellows camera made by Ansco of Binghamton NY.
This is a No3 A, Folding Camera has a patent date of Oct. 1, 1912, but Ansco only produced these from 1914 to 1932.
Camera comes with a shutter trigger extension, which is removable. The lens and shutter are made by Ilex. Ilex producer was a well-known Ilex shutters and lenses, made in Rochester NY.
The camera uses Ansco 18A or 18B roll film.
To open the camera there is a hidden button under the leather, push and the front pops open. As shown in pictures.
The overall condition of this beautiful camera is nice and clean, with normal wear being over 100 years old. Bellows is made of leather and in nice condition. The cover is made of Moroccan leather, it has a couple flaws and is coming unglued in places.

Measures, 10” x 2 ¼” closed.
