Antique 1919 Rand-McNally Auto Trail Map No.9
Extremely Rare find this 1919 Dirt Road and Trail map made by Rand-McNally Co, of Chicago.
The map is for the No.9 area which included Southern Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and Western Wisconsin, also has a map of Sioux Falls South Dakota.
The map book contains some wonderful information, including Hotels, Automobile Garages and fuel stations.
Very few of these maps are still in the publics hands most are in museums and history centers across America.
History,
Rand-McNally only mapped 10 quadrants of the United States in 1919. Which included states from Maine to Minnesota.

Measures, 11½” long, 6½” tall. Base 14” x 8½” tall.
Condition, Good for age, pages have soiling and yellowing as shown.
