The spurs have a magnificent 4½” round rowel with 42 long spikes, the overall length of each spur is 8¾” long. Just a stunning piece of history.
These are original 1800s spur not a remake from the 2000s, each weighing in at 1½ pounds. They Yoke and Shank are made of silver-plated brass and the large rowels are made of silver-plated steel.
These extra-large rowels make an amazing (bell ringing) sound as they spin.
