Vintage 1930s Brass Riding Boot Corkscrew, Wine Bottle Opener
Prohibition Era Riding Boot with Hidden Corkscrew
Manufactured by the Weidlich Brothers and featuring a hidden Williamson MFG. Co. wire corkscrew with cap lifter. The hidden corkscrew is steel, and boot and opener are solid brass.
Weidlich Brothers Mfg Co. operated in Bridgeport, Connecticut from 1901 until the 1950s.
Circa, 1930s
Measures, 3 7/8” long, 1 7/8” wide at handle.
Condition, fair, with scuffs and dings in brass shaft has dents.
