Antique 1897, The Neverout Safety Lamp, Bicycle lamp

Antique 1897, The Neverout Safety Lamp, Bicycle lamp.
Spectacular this (UNUSED) Bicycle lamp made by the Rose Manufacturing Company of Philadelphia USA.
This is The Neverout Insulated Kerosene Safety Lamp, designed for bicycles, Motorcycles, Horse and Horseless Carriages.
Made of brass with red and green jewels and a glass covered inside reflector lens and hinged magnifying lens. These lamps were very made, note the absence of solder on the brass lamp unlike mining lamps of the day these were manufactured using tight seams and rivets to fasten the parts together. These lamps were introduced in 1897 and made into the 1920s. We have lightly cleaned the lamp it does need a final cleaning.
The lamp has never been lit or had Kerosene in the fuel tank. It is extremely clean for being 120+ years old.
It is museum quality and deserves to be treasured. The magazine ad for this lamp is not included in sell.
