1941 South Dakota License Plate
Very rustic 1941 Automobile License Plate from South Dakota. The state of South Dakota issues the License Plate with the first 2-number representing the County in which the vehicle is registered, this plate was registered in
McPherson County and the City of Leola SD, the 47th county in South Dakota. The plate is the old style which was 5½” tall 12" wide. It wasn’t until 1956, U.S. states and Canadian came to an agreement with the Automobile Manufacturers Association that License Plate would be a standard size of 6” x 12”.

Measures, 5½” tall 12” wide.
Condition, very rustic with dents, dings, rust, and holes.
