Antique Corkscrew, Wier’s 1884 Compound Lever Corkscrew, Wine Bottle Opener
What a wonderful find this 1884 Compound Lever corkscrew designed and patented by Marshall Arthur Wier and manufactured by James Heeley & son.
These were manufactured in two versions, this bronze plated version and a nickel-plated finish.
The condition on this corkscrew is wonderful and will make a wonderful addition to any collection.
Circa, 1884-85
Measures, 4” wide and 5 ¼” tall Collapsed. 12” tall when extended.
Marked, J. Heeley & Sons LTD.
Condition, Wonderful condition with lots of original bronze plating.
