Large 1950s Mar-Crest Daisy & Dot Stoneware Pitcher
Original 5-Pint Daisy & Dot Stoneware Pitcher in the Colorado Brown color made by MAR-CREST of Chicago ILL.
This was called their Jumbo Pitcher which holds 5-pints, is 8 ½” tall and 6” diameter at base.
The pictures of the MAR CREST AD is not included in purchase.

Mar-crest was produced by the Western Stoneware Co. from the 50's to the early 60's.
In 1906, seven pottery companies merged to form the Western Stoneware Company in Monmouth, Illinois. They were Clinton Stoneware, Culbertson Stoneware, Fort Dodge Stoneware, Macomb Pottery, Macomb Stoneware, Monmouth Pottery and Weir Pottery. Western Stoneware produced the Warm Colorado Brown, Daisy Dot line of Mar-crest dinnerware.

Circa, 1950s
Measures, 8.5” tall, 6.125” diameter at base.
Condition, very nice condition, has a small ding at base.
