1952 Singer 221 featherweight Sewing Machine, Cleaned and Serviced

Sorry, this item has sold.

1952 Singer 221 featherweight sewing machine with carrying case, fully cleaned, and serviced Serial Number AL162070.
The machine badge was issued on December 12, 1952, and was manufactured in Elizabethsport, NJ, USA. It has an original 110-volt motor and beautiful chrome trim. The machine, case, and attachments are all in good vintage condition.
This is a nice machine finished in that classic deep black featherweight paint, gold decals and chrome trim. Please see all photos as they are part of the item’s description.

**We have thoroughly cleaned and serviced this machine and replaced any worn or faulty parts. New electrical cord and foot pedal (by previous owner).
The foot pedal is a newer version manufactured by Singer; this is a wonderful upgrade on this machine. The older pedals had a very small switch to push down with your foot, this newer one is 6-inches wide, no more guessing where the pedal is.

**Our shipping charge includes meticulous packing to ensure no damage occurs during transit. Every shipment we have made has arrived undamaged even as far away as Alaska.
