1920s Sterling Silver Riding Boot Opener with Hidden Corkscrew, Wine Bottle Opener, Blackinton Silver

Antique Sterling Silver Riding Boot opener with hidden corkscrew.
Manufactured by R. Blackinton of North Attleboro, Massachusetts. The boot is marked with the Blackinton trademarks and STERLING 738, PAT. APD. FOR. The boot is Sterling Silver, and the Opener is chrome plated steel, inside the boot is a wooden sheath to slide the corkscrew into. The corkscrew / opener combination was provided by the Williamson corkscrew company of Newark NJ. This was also made in a 14K Gold version.
I do not believe a patent number on this boot was ever issued.
This corkscrew is more than a wine tool; it's a symbol of sophistication and a unique addition to your collection.
