Antique Nippon Te-Ho China Hatpin Holder and Art Deco, Art Nouveau Hatpins
Wonderful and Original Nippon Te-Ho Japanese Porcelain China, Hatpin Holder, with a Hand Painted purple flower design and gold gilt highlights.
The holder is in wonderful condition and measures 3.875” tall and 2.5” diameter at base. Included are six period hatpins which measure 4 ½” to 9” long. The Fleurs-de-lis design hatpin is sterling silver.

The Name Nippon,
Nippon literally translates to Japan, in 1890s United States President William McKinley’s Tariff Act mandated all imported foreign goods be marked with the country of origins name.
