Antique Sleeping Drake Duck Decoy, Wood Duck Decoy
This is a hollow decoy with nailed on bottom, made by Charlie Howard of Hamilton Ontario CA. It is a three-piece decoy with head attached with dowel rod and nailed bottom, the eyes are metal. The duck appears to have original paint.
Circa, 1890-1910
Measures, 12½” long, 5” tall to crown of head, 5½” wide at base.
Condition, paint loss, damage to bill.
