Antique Art Deco Floor Lamp, Skyscraper Design
Absolutely stunning design, on this floor lamp. Standing 59” tall, and 11¾” square at the base.
The Lamp is made of Cast Iron coated in Brass, as was one of the manufacturing methods in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The lamp was rewired at some point, electrical plug appears to be from around the 70s, turns on and off as it should.
The Milk Glass shade is a nice complementary piece to the lamp, although it is not the original but pairs nicely with the lamp, and in the same era.
Lamp is marked on the underside of the base (Patent Applied For E618)
Circa, 1900-20s
Measures, 59” tall, 11 ¾” square at base, shade 8” diameter.
Condition, shade is good no cracks very small chip on inside of rim, shown in pictures, lamp is wonderful and solid, finish is lightly worn in spots.
