Antique 1887 Tower Pinkerton handcuffs Detective Handcuffs with Key
Rare early 1st model of the famous Pinkerton handcuffs manufactured by Towers and sold as Tower's Detective Lightweight Handcuffs. The first model featured 3 chain links between the cuffs; the later more common model had a single oval link.
These are also known as Houdini the magicians’ favorite handcuffs because they were easy to get out of.
Circa: 1887
