Antique 1890 Champagne Tap, Soda Tap, Two-part Holborn Style Tap
Beautiful Holborn Type Champagne Tap Made in England. A variation of Holborn Trocar champagne tap with an ebony wood handle & Nichel-plated brass finger pull & tap mechanism.
Champagne Tap is designed to save the carbonation in the bottle of Champagne and Soda’s.
Trocar Champagne Tap,
The word Trocar refers to the type of tap, this is a two-piece tap with removable center spike. Screw the tap through the Champagne cork, then unscrew and remove the upper section of the tap. Closing the side valve, invert the bottle, turn side valve knob to release the champagne.

Measures: 7¼” long, 3¾” wide at handle.
Condition: Wear on metal and wood finish.
