Vintage Italian Black Powder Flask with Plugger Spout - Muzzleloader Accessory

Powder Flask, Black Power Flask
Wonderful find, Brass Black powder flask made in Italy.
Made of Brass, to adjust the Plugger Spout you pull down on the spout which exposes a rod, turn the rod to change the amount of powder needed. Next to the charger is a storage compartment for balls.
The brass case has a crossed arms munitions design on both sides.
Overall condition is good, heavy patina on the brass, seam needs repair in one spot (shown in pictures), the charger spring is strong and works easily, the graduated setting on the charger moves freely.
Flask was found in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
Circa:19th century.
Measures: 8½” long, 3½” wide.
Condition: good, normal wear on cover, book appears not used often.
