Antique 1900 German Westfalia Hand Crank Sewing Machine
Wonderful find, this German Westfalia Hand Crank Sewing Machine. Manufactured by Carl Sieper of Gevenbroich, Gevelsberg Germany, who was the founder of the Casige Sewing Machine Company. This beautiful machine is a German Westfalia No. 7. It utilizes a single thread and produces a chain stitch sewing pattern. The stitch plate is marked (Made in Germany). 
We have cleaned and oiled the machine, and all its moving parts are now functioning. It is ready for restoration or can be added to your collection as is. 
Circa: 1902-1910
Marked: Westfalia ges-esch, Made in Germany.
Measures: 8¾” x 5” at base, x 12” tall.
Condition: no needle, scuffs & scratches in paint, sewing plate has platting lose.
