Antique Hamm Brewing Co. Wooden Shipping Crate
Yes, this is an original. Theo Hamm Brewing Company, St. Paul, Minn. Wooden Shipping crate which would have originally held 24-12oz Capy. Bottles. The crate is from the late 1910s to early 1920s.
I’ve been in the Antique business for decades and have never run across a Hamm Brewing crate in such pristine condition.
Crate is stamped front and back with Hamm Brewing name and logo, ends are stamped 24-12 Capy. Bottles and the Twin Cities Carpenters Union 16 stamp.
Circa: 1920s
Measures: 17 ½” x 11 ¾” x 10” tall.
Condition: amazing. Metal strapping may have been repainted at some point.
