Antique 1901 Spenser Sewing Machine
Wonderful find, this child-sized sewing machine, made by Spenser Sewing Machine Company, Boston, Mass. USA. This is a fully Functional hand-crank sewing Machine in toy size. Originally patented on June 19, 1900, and February 19, 1901, it also had a later patent in 1902. Originally advertised as a traveling sewing machine, it was manufactured for a very short period from 1900 through the 1910s.

Marked, Spenser
Measures, machine 7½” tall, 6½” wide, 4” deep.
Condition: operates as intended, chrome finish has rust, (has a crack in the frame below the sewing table, as shown in pictures).
