Antique 1800s McCormick Cast Iron Tractor Seat,
Wonderful find, this McCormick Cast Iron Tractor Seat. This is not actually a tractor seat, although it is the same size. It is from a horse-drawn Harvester made by the McCormick Harvesting Machine Company in Chicago, ILL.
This is an original tractor seat, not a reproduction.
It will make a wonderful outdoor or barstool seat

History,
Founded by Cyrus McCormick, who invented the mechanical reaper in 1831, which revolutionized grain harvesting. Forming the McCormick Harvesting Machine Company in 1847. In 1902, the McCormick Harvesting Machine Company merged with Deering Harvester Company and others to form International Harvester. (Wikipedia)

Measures: 17½” wide, 14½” depth, weighs 10 pounds.
