1953 Singer 221 Featherweight Sewing Machine with Carrying Case, cleaned and serviced.
Serial Number AL390383. The machine badge was issued on May 4, 1953, and was manufactured in Elizabethsport, NJ, USA.
We have thoroughly cleaned and serviced the machine and replaced any worn or faulty parts. It runs smoothly.
Newly added or replaced parts include cushion feet on the foot pedal, the electrical cord, and the drive belt.
The machine is finished in that classic deep, gorgeous, shiny Black featherweight paint, gold decals, and chrome trim.

Overall Condition,
MACHINE: runs and operates smoothly, has scuffs and scratches, and paint chips in the flywheel edge. The electrical plug housing has a chip at its base that does not interfere with operation.

CASE: lightly worn, has one damaged/broken clasp.
