1980s Stanley No.4 Smooth Bench Plane, Woodworking Plane
Wonderful find: this New-Out-Stock Stanley #4 Smooth Bench Plane, in its original box with instructions. Made in the USA.
Manufactured by Stanley Tools, New Britain, Connecticut. This is a #4 Bailey Smooth, Bench Plane with a 2-inch cutter and a 9-inch-long bed.
The plane appears to have never been used.
Circa; 1980
Marked: Stanley.
Measures: 9¾” long, 2½” wide.
Condition: very good, box shows some wear.
