1920s Singer Model 20 Toy Sewing Machine
Beautiful and Original 1920s Singer Model 20 Sewing Machine.
We say "original" because Singer reintroduced them in the 1980s, but they were made in China. This is an original made in the USA in the 1920s.
Singer Model 20 was first introduced around 1910; in 1926, they added threading number stamps 1 through 6, which this machine lacks, indicating it was manufactured before 1926.
This is a fully Functional hand-crank sewing machine in toy size. The machine produces a chain-stitch sewing pattern using a single thread. The sewing machine is mounted in a wooden carrying case.

Machine Measures: 7” x 7” x 3¾” depth.
Case Measures: 13 ½” wide, 9” tall, 7 ¾” depth.
Condition: As shown in pictures, the machine has a few scuffs and paint chips. The wood case is solid; the clasp that holds the case shut is weak and comes open.
