The Mexican word Charro means horseman or cowboy.
These spurs are made of hand-forged iron, with nearly all the original silver overlay remaining.
These have a large 3”- 8-point rowel, with a 2” shank, and the heel band/yoke has about a 3” spread.
These do have a silver inlay pattern of horseshoes and flowers on the outer band, which might be visible once restored, or leave them rustic
Circa: 1850-1900
Condition: solid and rustic. Leather is very worn, missing half the strap on one spur.
Please see all pictures as they are part of the description.
