Charming 1950s Singer Sewhandy Beige Crinkle Finish Model No. 20 Child’s Sewing Machine
Beautiful little Singer sewing machine. This is a fully functional hand-crank sewing machine in toy size.
The machine has been cleaned and serviced. It operates smoothly.
Originally patented in 1910 and manufactured until 1975, these were known as the most popular toy sewing machines ever made. This is the 1950s model, which has a thicker base column, though it still uses the same mechanics as its 1910 predecessor.
This beauty is finished in Beige Crinkle finish with gold trim. Threading is simple on this machine, with all parts numbered 1 through 5, down to the needle. Condition is very clean, with only a few minor scuffs and scratches in the finish.
The machine is sold AS IS with the original box. The machine comes with a fabric guide, a hold-down clamp, and instructions.
It will make a wonderful addition to your collection or a memorial gift.

Fun Fact: These machines were originally made as fully functional toys, but later advertising sold them as mini portable sewing machines for adults.
