We have for sale a Vintage Silver Plated Thimble Holder Engraved ‘Compliments of Jobel Court No 11 1925’ with 5 thimbles
The Ladies’ Oriental Shrine of North America (LOSNA) was founded in Wheeling, WV in 1903. The first Court was Isis Court No. 1. Soon, more Courts would be formed, all continuing to support the Nobles with their Shrine activities but also conducting their own affairs, all for the benefit of the children of Shriners Hospitals. Jobel Court No. 11 was instituted on October 19, 1920 and they continue to meet at Jaffa Shrine Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
The thimbles are circa 1920s style. One is aluminum and advertises Old Master Coffee. One is marked England 8 and one is marked Germany 8, one has a #9 the thimbles have not been cleaned.

Great selection of thimbles, Very cleaver container. Well packaged. However, the container is not sterling. The number on the container is 1925, not .925, and probably refers to the establishment date of the company whose name appears on the container.
