We have for sale a Vintage Loeffelholz & Co. Northern Pacific Railroad brass Padlock w/ key
Great lock from days gone by, (NPRR) The Northern Pacific Railroad (S) Switch Yard. The key is marked NP but made by another company (Adlake) it was very common that a railroad would have several padlocks and keys all the same.
The chain is to secure the lock to the object being locked so when unlocked it is not misplaced.

Measures 4 1/2” x 2 1/2” x 1” thick
Condition; Very nice Strong spring and works great with natural dark patina, some dents and dings from use.
