The leather sheath reads (Anthony & Cleopatra) “What poor an instrument can do a noble deed”
This is a wonderfully classic corkscrew from the early 1900s it’s a two-finger brass pull with a hanging ring.
The HMS Victory is the Royal Navy's most famous warship launched in 1765. She is best known for her role as Lord Nelson's flagship at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. Bulls Pocket Guilde pg 170

Condition; corkscrew is fair, leather sheath is poor condition
