We have for sale an Antique 1910s Chandler Brewing Advertising Corkscrew, Chandler Beer.
From back in the day when you needed a corkscrew to open a beer bottle this is an Early 1900s advertising corkscrew made by the Williamsons Compamy Newark N.J. USA, the advertising is for the Chandler Brewing for their Chandler Beer.

Patented in Aug.10th 1897 in the U.S.A. for W. A. Williamson, Nr. 587.900

Measures; 5.75” long, 3.75” wide at handle.
Condition; Fair with surface rust on metal please see pictures.

History:
The bottle cap wasn’t invented until the 1892 by the Crown Cork Co. Baltimore. Before the cap was introduced most all bottles had corks including beer bottles.
