We have for sale a Vintage 1930s Hand Carved & Hand Painted Anri Wood Figural Barware Set, Corkscrew & Bottle Opener
Beautiful and highly collectible Anri wood carvings have been around for over 110 years hand carved and painted. This set is of a chipper fellow who may have had a few to many, the detail of the carving is wonderful with his facial features right down to the cigarette in his hand the lamp post has a hidden corkscrew and lift the mans head to reveal a bottle opener.
Era; 1930-40s
Marked: Italy
Measures; 10" tall, base is 4 1/4" wide 3 1/2" deep
Condition; Very good vintage condition no chips or cracks, light paint wear on hat.
History;
Started in 1912 ANRI in Italy, these are hand carved and stained, and no two pieces were ever alike the company is still producing wonderful hand carved pieces of history.
